We are changing with the times. Our new referral system consists of search engine friendly pages (and friendly URLs) for each U.S. State. There are additional pages for Canada, the U.K. and others.

We don't use the "L" word here - so, it's LYNK.

Who Can Be Listed

Your website must be related to real estate, residential/commercial lending or vacation property.

Your index (home page) must be indexed by Google (PR3 minimum).

The page where you place our lynk must be indexed by Google (PR1 minimum).

Lynks must be direct. No redirects or JavaScript.

We do not lynk to PPC sites, "Top 100" nor to "Award" sites. We do not lynk to any sites which feed off of the work of real real estate agents.

Advanced Access and Other Sites Using Frames

Using frames does not necessarily mean that search engines can't index your lynks pages. But, when the actual lynk page redirects a browser or robot back to the parent frame -- the validity of the lynks is too difficult to determine. Many Advanced Access websites are written this way to keep the menu frame in view.
